Sponsor / Organizer: Dallara‑AK Esports LLC, 1201 N Main St, Speedway, Indiana 46224, USA (the “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
IMPORTANT: Participants are solely responsible for verifying the compliance of this Competition with the applicable laws and regulations in their own jurisdiction. By entering the Competition, each participant confirms that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and any additional instructions issued by Sponsor.

1. COMPETITION OVERVIEW
The Dallara Esports Championship 2025 (the “Competition”) is a skill‑based esport tournament contested on the Assetto Corsa® PC simulator (Kunos Simulazioni). The Competition comprises two stages:
- Hot‑Lap Qualification (three rounds),
- and (ii) a Grand Final.
The designated cars are the Dallara Stradale and the Dallara EXP.
No element of chance determines winners; prizes are awarded solely on objective lap‑time performance. Participation is free of charge for online entrants and does not require a purchase.
To participate in the Dallara Esports Championship, drivers must register on the website https://championship.dallara-akesports.com/ and complete all the required information requested by the organization. For onsite locations, drivers will need to request how to register with the staff present at the venue.
2. TERRITORY
The Dallara Esports Championship 2025 will take place both on-site and online.
The Competition is open to natural persons legally resident in the countries listed below (collectively the “Eligible Territory”), void where prohibited or restricted by local law. Participation from jurisdictions subject to United States economic sanctions is prohibited (see § 4.2‑b).
EUROPE (EU): Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom.

Wildcard countries: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates may be invited at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
3. DURATION
The Competition runs from 09:00 CEST 2 June 2025 (start of Hot‑Lap Round 1) through 10:00 CEST 7 September 2025 (Hot‑Lap Round 3 deadline). The Grand Final is scheduled for 2 October 2025 at the E‑Motion Center, Paris (see § 6). Dates may change in cases of force majeure or unforeseen technical issues, at Sponsor’s discretion.
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 Age Requirement
Participants must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Persons under 18 years old are ineligible.
4.2 Geographic & Legal Restrictions
a) Residents of the Eligible Territory may enter, except residents of any jurisdiction that (i) prohibits skill‑based contests with entry fees; or (ii) imposes additional bonding/registration that Sponsor elects not to undertake. Accordingly, residents of Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Louisiana, Montana, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Washington may participate online only (free entry) and are ineligible for on‑site paid qualification sessions.
b) Participation is prohibited for persons ordinarily resident in/citizen of, or subject to, any country or region embargoed by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) or other applicable sanctions programmes (currently including, inter alia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk & Luhansk People’s Republics). The embargo list is updated periodically: https://ofac.treasury.gov.
c) Florida and New York: if the aggregate fair‑market value (“FMV”) of all prizes awarded to residents of Florida or New York exceeds USD 5 000, Sponsor will either (i) file the required registration and surety bond or (ii) exclude residents of those states; Sponsor will announce its decision before prizes are awarded.
4.3 Excluded Persons
(i) employees, officers, directors, contractors of Sponsor, Dallara Group, AK Informatica Tech, Tech&Sym, Kunos Simulazioni, and their immediate family/household members;(ii) any person banned from prior Dallara Esports Championships;(iii) any person with administrator‑level access to Competition servers.
4.4 Software Requirements
- A valid license of the software Assetto Corsa, PC version;
- The downloadable content “Dallara Stradale” provided by us;
- The downloadable content “Dallara EXP” provided by us;
- Software Ptracker – Installation tutorial;
- Be the holder of a driver profile in the game with their real name and surname;
- Possess any additional software content necessary for the various stages of the competition, which may be indicated and provided directly by the organization (e.g., liveries and game tracks);
- Voice chat software “Discord”, which serves as the main communication channel between the organization and the participants involved in the competition (organizers, drivers, administrators, and race management).
Note: The official email events@dallara-akesports.com will only be used for confirmation of the driver’s spot after qualification. All other official communications will be posted on the official Discord: http://discord.gg/pJx49AFekC
4.5 Hardware requirements
- PC with the required specifications for the proper functioning of the “Assetto Corsa” game software;
- An internet connection (via Ethernet cable) with no more than 150ms latency between game server and driver;
- Steering wheel and pedals.
4.6 Driver Name Policy
- Drivers must use their real first and last names for the entire duration of the competition, including in the driver profile and on Discord software. Specifically, identifiers must not contain: nicknames, acronyms, tags, obscene or discriminatory language, company names, sponsors, products, or any term related to the Dallara Esports Championship and its partners that could cause confusion during gameplay sessions and broadcasts.
- Drivers are prohibited from changing their in-game name after registering for the competition, unless explicitly communicated to the organization or authorized personnel, and for reasonable reasons.
- Drivers who do not meet these requirements will be excluded from the competition. The promoter reserves the right to perform all necessary checks to verify eligibility to participate at any time and to exclude those who do not meet the criteria.
4.7 Software and Platform Terms & Conditions
Participants must comply with the end‑user license agreements and terms of service of all third‑party platforms and software used in connection with the Competition (including Assetto Corsa, Discord, Zoom, streaming and social‑media services). Any breach resulting in a suspension or ban from such services shall result in immediate disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. HOT-LAP QUALIFICATION STAGE
Each driver, after successfully registering for the competition, will have 3 different rounds to qualify for the Grand Final.
Qualifications will be held from June to October at three main venues and online.
5.1 Hotlap Qualification Modality:
To be valid, the times must be completed within the same round. Times recorded in different rounds will not be considered.
The driver’s final qualification result( both online & On site) will be calculated by adding together their best lap times from each of the two sessions (one session with the Dallara Stradale and one session with the Dallara EXP).
Onsite:
Onsite sessions will last 15 minutes each, both with the Dallara Stradale and the Dallara EXP.
Payment will be managed at the discretion of each venue, including whether it is applied and the amount, which may vary from location to location.
By purchasing a session, participants will be entitled to:
- one 15-minute session with the Dallara Stradale,
- one 15-minute session with the Dallara EXP.
The onsite leaderboard will be updated at the end of each day/the next morning.
Online:
The server will be accessible 24/7 throughout each round, except during manual restarts for technical fixes, which will be communicated in advance.
The online leaderboard will be updated every hour.
In the event of a tie, the person who first recorded the time will take precedence.
5.2 Tracks and Dates

5.3 Venues

On‑site use of simulators incurs a usage fee equal to local public rates (no portion is retained as an entry fee). Online participation is free (no purchase necessary).
5.4 Allowed Driver Assistance and Setup

- All other driver assistance aids are not allowed.
- Setup: no restrictions.
5.5 Hot Lap Qualification Rules
- By completing the registration described below, each driver expressly accepts the Official Rules, this § 5.5, and the Privacy Policy. Drivers who wish to participate in the on-site qualification phase must register on the official website https://championship.dallara-akesports.com/. Drivers who cannot access the website may request assistance from on-site staff, who will complete the registration on their behalf via the same portal.
- The server names and passwords will be shared in the confirmation email. Credentials are personal and non-transferable; disclosure to third parties is prohibited and may lead to disqualification.
- Drivers must always follow the instructions provided by the on-site staff (if the driver is performing the qualification at the venues described in point 1).
- On site the valid times will be recorded by the venue staff, so once the session is over (local venue time, displayed on the timing screen), the driver shall notify the staff to make sure the time is marked and uploaded to the leaderboard.
- Use of personal external storage devices to upload car-setup files is prohibited for security and anti-cheat reasons; setups must be entered manually. Drivers needing accessibility accommodations may request an exemption in writing at least 48 hours before their booked slot.
- To appear on the leaderboard, each driver must record one (1) valid lap time in the hotlap session with the Dallara Stradale and one (1) valid lap time in the hotlap session with the Dallara EXP.
- At the end of each hot lap qualification Round, an email will be sent to each qualified driver; drivers are responsible for ensuring the e-mail is received. An automatic receipt is provided – keep it as proof. The driver must reply by email to confirm whether they will participate or decline participation in the Grand Final. If no response is received within 3 days, a reserve driver will be contacted. The number of reserves to be contacted will be at the discretion of the organization’s staff.

- If a qualified driver for the Grand Final cannot participate for any reason after confirming, they must inform the organizers as soon as possible by sending an email to events@dallara-akesports.com.
- All valid times recorded by the drivers will be shown on an official leaderboard dedicated to each event.
- At the end of round 1, the following drivers will qualify for the Grand Final:
- The best 1 driver from the Dallara Academy in Varano de’ Melegari, who recorded the best time visible on the official competition leaderboard, will qualify for the Grand Final.
- The best 1 driver from online, who recorded the best time visible on the official competition leaderboard, will qualify for the Grand Final.
- The best 2 drivers from Dallara USA in Indianapolis, who recorded the best time visible on the official competition leaderboard, will qualify for the Grand Final.
- The best 2 drivers from the E-Motion Center in Paris, who recorded the best time visible on the official competition leaderboard, will qualify for the Grand Final.
- At the end of round 2, the following drivers will qualify for the Grand Final:
- The best 1 driver from the Dallara Academy in Varano de’ Melegari, who recorded the best time visible on the official competition leaderboard, will qualify for the Grand Final.
- The best 1 driver from online, who recorded the best time visible on the official competition leaderboard, will qualify for the Grand Final.
- The best 2 drivers from Dallara USA in Indianapolis, who recorded the best time visible on the official competition leaderboard, will qualify for the Grand Final.
- The best 2 drivers from the E-Motion Center in Paris, who recorded the best time visible on the official competition leaderboard, will qualify for the Grand Final.
- At the end of round 3, the following drivers will qualify for the Grand Final:
- The best 1 driver from the Dallara Academy in Varano de’ Melegari, who recorded the best time visible on the official competition leaderboard, will qualify for the Grand Final.
- The best 1 driver from online, who recorded the best time visible on the official competition leaderboard, will qualify for the Grand Final.
- The best 2 drivers from Dallara USA in Indianapolis, who recorded the best time visible on the official competition leaderboard, will qualify for the Grand Final.
- The best 2 drivers from the E-Motion Center in Paris, who recorded the best time visible on the official competition leaderboard, will qualify for the Grand Final.
- A total of 18 finalist drivers will qualify for the Grand Final, distributed as follows:
- 3 drivers from the Dallara Academy in Varano de’ Melegari
- 3 drivers from online
- 6 drivers from Dallara USA in Indianapolis
- 6 drivers from the E-Motion Center in Paris
- If two drivers register the exact same lap time, the leaderboard will serve as the reference point, showing as the first driver the one who set the final total time first according to UTC time stamp recorded by the server. If a tie persists, the second-best combined time will prevail.
- A Drivers may file a timing or scoring protest within 30 minutes of leaderboard publication by e-mailing events@dallara‑akesports.com. The decision of Race Direction is final.
- Wildcard drivers may be admitted subject to (i) completion of a full hot-lap session, (ii) provision of replay files, and (iii) approval by the Race Direction panel. Criteria and number of wildcard slots will be announced on Discord at least 7 days before each Round ends. The organization reserves the right to proceed with repechage entry if a qualified driver is excluded from the competition.
- The repechaged driver entry will be based on the official leaderboard of each event, and the driver must always provide the organizers with the replay of their lap recorded on the leaderboard.
- Drivers already qualified for the Grand Final cannot access subsequent Hot Lap qualifications or the Hot Lap on-site phase.
- The final deadline for informing the organizers of an absence from the Grand Final is Italy 23:00 (UTC +2) / Indiana 17:00 (UTC -4) on 10/09/2025.
- If a finalist, except in case of documented emergencies, cannot participate in the Grand Final and informs the organizers after the specified deadline, they may be excluded from the competition and any future events organized by the organization for up to three (3) years.
6. GRAND FINAL
6.1 Grand Final
The Grand Final will take place at E-Motion Center, 115, rue Reaumur, 75002 Paris France, on 2 October 2025,) The official schedule of the final will be shared at least 1 week before the event.
The top 20 drivers selected through the Hot-Lap qualification stage will compete in two official races—one aboard the Dallara EXP and one aboard the Dallara Stradale—to decide the 2025 Dallara Esports Championship title.
A detailed timetable (briefing, free practice, qualifying, races) will be released no later than 7 days before the event via e-mail and Discord.
The circuit for the Grand Final will be announced immediately after the close of Round 3 and will not be changed thereafter, except for force-majeure reasons.
6.2 Video-conference & Anti-Cheat
By joining, each driver consents to the live broadcast and recording of this video feed for anti-cheat and production purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
Drivers using a VR headset must contact an admin at least 24 hours before the scheduled Free Practice session.
Connection credentials are personal and must not be shared; any unauthorized party joining the call may lead to disqualification.
Failure to maintain the required video feed during a session may result in a drive-through penalty or disqualification, at Race Direction’s discretion.
6.3 Travel & Attendance
Drivers are solely responsible for travel arrangements, accommodation, personal travel insurance and any required entry visas or ETA authorizations. Sponsor will provide invitation letters upon request but will not act as a visa sponsor.
Finalists must check in at the E-Motion Center registration desk at the time indicated in the official schedule, which will be shared at least one week before the event
A finalist unable to attend must notify events@dallara-akesports.com no later than 23:00 CEST on 10 September 2025 (see § 5.5 u); documented force-majeure cases (e.g., medical certificate, flight cancellation) will be considered. Late withdrawals without valid reason may result in a ban of up to two seasons.
Drivers are liable for any willful or grossly negligent damage caused to venue simulator hardware.
7. BROADCAST & STREAMING RIGHTS
Sponsor reserves the exclusive right to record, live‑stream, photograph and otherwise capture all stages of the Competition. Sponsor may distribute, display or license such content, in whole or in part, via any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide and in perpetuity where permitted by applicable law; in jurisdictions that limit the duration of image rights, the license is granted for the maximum term allowed. Participants shall not receive additional compensation for such use beyond any prizes expressly stated herein.
8. CODE OF CONDUCT
Any Driver who does not adhere to the Code of Conduct will be excluded from the Competition. after review by Race Direction. Drivers have 30 minutes to appeal a decision via the official Discord Server; an Appeals Panel ruling is final. Specifically, Drivers are required to follow these rules:
- Discriminatory behavior and incitement to hatred: Drivers agree not to engage in discriminatory behavior due, for example, to race, colour, ethnic or national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, and/or use obscene, vulgar, defamatory, or otherwise questionable language against the organizers, staff members, other Drivers and/or Competitors. This rule applies on all online and offline platforms.
- Violence and persecution: Any form of violence and/or persecution toward all involved individuals is strictly prohibited.
- Discriminatory language: Any words, phrases, or gestures that are discriminatory and offend the dignity or integrity of an individual, group, team, brand, sponsor, country, through derogatory or discriminatory actions or words due to race, skin color, ethnic, national or social origin, gender, language, religion, political opinions or any other beliefs, financial status, birth, or any other condition, sexual orientation, or any other reason are strictly prohibited.
- Trolling: Posting provocative, irrelevant, or off-topic messages in an online community such as a forum, chat room, blog, or any social media, with the primary intent of provoking readers emotionally or disrupting the normal discussion of the topic, is strictly prohibited.
- Gift and reward exchange: Drivers are prohibited from offering or accepting gifts or rewards from/to anyone in exchange for an advantage or favourable treatment related to the event.
- Betting and gambling: It is prohibited for Drivers or anyone connected to any participant to bet or engage in gambling activities, nor share inside information for betting purposes. Match-fixing is strictly forbidden; under no circumstances may a Driver or anyone associated with them benefit, directly or indirectly, from betting or gambling.
- Defamatory, negative, destructive, or harmful content: Drivers who post defamatory, negative, destructive, and/or harmful content on any online or offline platform, social networks, or social media regarding the organization, competition partners, the game, Dallara, Tech&Sym, Kunos Simulazioni and their partners in general, or any other Driver/competitor, including but not limited to images and videos of game errors, may face disqualification from the competition.
- Doxxing: Sharing another participant’s private or identifying information without consent is strictly prohibited.
- Extremist imagery: Displaying symbols or slogans associated with extremist ideologies is prohibited.
Penalties may range from a written warning, time or grid penalties, loss of points, to permanent bans, depending on severity and repetition
9. FRAUDULUNT ACTIVITIES
At any time, we may investigate suspected misconduct. A Driver found in material breach may be penalized up to and including disqualification after review of the evidence by Race Direction. Drivers have 30 minutes to lodge an appeal via events@dallara-akesports.com; the Appeals Panel decision is final. We have the right to disqualify Drivers in case of:
- Result, time, or video file manipulation: Altering results, times, or video files related to online sessions.
- Hardware modifications: Any modification to hardware components that allow it to function in a way not intended by the manufacturer.
- Software modifications: Any modification to Assetto Corsa and/or applications provided by the organizers, allowing them to operate in a manner unintended by the developers.
- Exploiting game glitches: Intentionally using any game bug to gain an advantage.
- Identity theft: Including playing with another Driver’s Steam account, understood as playing with another Driver’s account or soliciting, inducing, encouraging, or directing someone else to play with another Driver’s account.
- Collusion: Any agreement between two (2) or more Drivers and/or other individuals to influence any competition or race and/or opponent Drivers.
- Refusal to submit hardware or software to an inspection by anti-cheat officials upon request
- Tampering with or refusing activation of mandatory anti-cheat or telemetry-monitoring software installed for the Competition
- Any other behavior deemed by the promoter as cheating or obtaining an unfair advantage in any way.
10. PRIZES
1st Place: Track test with the Dallara Stradale . The location for the track test will be the circuit of Paul Ricard on 7 October; FMV value USD 500. (Further details regarding the transfer from Paris to Paul Ricard and for the test track activity will be shared prior to the final).
Prizes are non‑transferable; no cash alternative.
Tax Treatment: all prizes—cash or non-cash—are reported at their fair-market value (FMV). U.S. winners: if cumulative FMV received in a calendar year is USD 600 or more, Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC and report such amount as miscellaneous income. Non-U.S. winners: only U.S.-source payments (e.g., the USD 2 000 travel stipend) are subject to 30 % U.S. withholding, unless reduced under an applicable tax treaty upon submission of Form W-8BEN. Winners are responsible for any taxes due in their own jurisdiction.
11. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting a finalist slot or prize, each driver grants Sponsor and its designees a worldwide, royalty‑free licence and) years to use the driver’s name, likeness, voice, gameplay footage and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation where permitted by law. Where local law requires separate consent, the driver (or guardian) must complete the requisite form prior to participation.
12. DATA PROTECTION

13. HEALTH & SAFETY
On‑site venues will comply with applicable OSHA/EU health regulations and any public‑health measures (e.g., vaccination or testing requirements) in force at the time of the event. Drivers are encouraged to take regular breaks and promptly report any discomfort. Participation is voluntary; Sponsor disclaims liability for any injury arising from reckless behavior, non‑compliance with staff instructions, or inherent risks in simulator use, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence, or where such limitation is prohibited by law.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor’s total liability to any participant for all claims arising out of or relating to the Competition shall not exceed USD 10 000, except in cases of death, personal injury, or fraud, or where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, except that consumers resident in the European Economic Area retain mandatory rights to sue or be sued in their home forum.
At Sponsor’s option, disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association; for EEA consumers, the arbitration clause shall apply only if accepted after the dispute has arisen. Nothing in these Rules deprives a consumer of non‑waivable statutory protections.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS & AMENDMENTS
Sponsor may amend these Rules upon at least 14 days’ prior notice via email or Discord; material changes will not deprive registered drivers of any prize already earned. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Competition if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity or feasibility. Sponsor shall not be liable for any cancellation or modification due to force majeure or similar events.
